SMS Terms & Messaging Policy

Christ Way Ministry, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") may send text (SMS) messages to the mobile number you provide to us. This SMS Terms & Messaging Policy describes how we use text messaging, what messages you may receive, and how you can opt out. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive recurring and non-recurring SMS messages from us as described below.

1. Program Description

Our SMS program is operated by Christ Way Ministry, Inc., located at 10691 US Highway 441 North, Okeechobee, Florida 34972. Messages are sent from our A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) messaging number — 863-343-3031 — registered with U.S. mobile carriers. We use text messaging to communicate with you about ministry-related matters, including:

• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations for Soul Center sessions
• Worship service and Sabbath reminders
• Community event notices and updates
• Ministry announcements and follow-up messages
• Responses to your questions or inquiries

2. Opt-In & Consent

You opt in to SMS messaging by providing your mobile phone number and actively checking the consent box on our contact or booking forms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Where a form does not include an explicit SMS consent checkbox, you opt in by providing your mobile number and indicating you wish to be contacted. You may opt out at any time (see Section 5).

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You can expect to receive approximately 2–8 messages per month, though more may be sent in response to your direct inquiries or appointment scheduling.

3. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you by your mobile carrier. Christ Way Ministry does not charge you for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

4. Carriers Supported

We support SMS delivery to major U.S. wireless carriers. We do not guarantee delivery to all carriers or all wireless devices, and we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How to Opt Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting the word STOP to our messaging number (863-343-3031) or to any message we send you. Upon receiving STOP, we will remove you from our SMS list and send no further messages unless you opt back in. If you opt out and later wish to resume, you may re-subscribe by providing your mobile number and consenting again on our forms, or by texting START to our messaging number (863-343-3031).

7. Information We Collect

8. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to opt in to our SMS program. By opting in, you represent that you meet this requirement.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Terms & Messaging Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Continued use of our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
